Description
Mad Dog travels in and out of the world's urban centers, spreading terror and disbelief wherever he goes. He started his criminal career at the age of 14 by stealing his first motorcycle. Since then he's stolen 28bikes and spent time in jail for each crime. He leads a pack of S.A.V.A.G.E. Strike Bikers. They live in vacant, condemned buildings and travel throughout an urban network of sewers, fire escapes, and rooftops.
